I worked out last night....

Well I did it, 18 minutes on the "row" machine, and 35 minutes on the track...  I feel good about it, but will I go any more this week...  I need to!!

Learn your phone numbers!!!

Recently sprint gave me a replacement phone and they couldn't copy my numbers over..  At first I was outraged, the thought of having to reprogram all of those numbers into my new phone seemed like an insurmountable task.  I don't have a nice phone, so don't even ask about why I don't sync it with my computer...  But here's the deal, when I was in high school, I knew EVERYone's number.  Old friends, new friends, ALL of my friends, numbers.  By heart.  After getting my numbers taken from me, I realized that I didn't know some of my closest friends' phone numbers.  So I decided to learn them...  all of them.  Sure I have my address book on my mac, to refer back to, but I have learned most of my friends' phone numbers.  The only number I have in my phone is my wife's, and that's just in case something ever happened to me who ever had found my phone would know who to call.  I suggest everyone do this.  It's a good exercise in memory.   

Working out...

I need to workout more, I definitely workout more than I used to but, not enough...  4 times a week would make me happy.  I'm committing to it now.  I just thought that writing it down would help me do it..

Me and Plumb

Plumb came on the show last week with her band, they were great!!! She was celebrating the release of her latest record: Chaotic Resolve.  The day of the release it went to number 44(!) on iTunes.  Check it out, it's real good music.  If you're not familiar with her stuff, I highly recommend "candycoatedwaterdrops"...
