another mile today

just got back from another jog... two days in a row!! I guess the vacation had an affect on me... today's time 12:38... not bad...

I use songs that I can run in beat with, I adjust my stride for speed.

Back at jogging again....

Well I jogged 1 mile yesterday... 14 minutes....

We left La Vergne at 1:40 and got to the coast by 8:30, we are staying at the Sandestin Hilton Resort
